NENE VALLEY RAILWAY DIESEL GALA

These pictures were taken on Saturday 1st March 2008. The Gala was a two day event and looked to be very well supported. I visited with my eldest son David and grandson Benjamin. We arrived at Wansford at 10am and after taking our pictures moved to Orton Mere Station where it was less crowded. Benjamin got to board the cab of GBRf  66727 and you can see he had to be lifted off by his dad even though he wanted to jump !!
