Springtime in this lovely historic village. The sun is
shining and white fluffy clouds drift across the blue sky.
Here we have a church dating back to the 12th century,
16th and 17th century
cottages, a farm built in 1593, Pudding Lane, a dovecote with 500 lath and plaster nesting boxes,
Wadenhoe House dating back
to 1657 and a mill by the River Nene. One cannot fail to enjoy a walk in this village. A guide book produced by the
Wadenhoe History Group is available at the church
and via their website at
www.wadenhoe.co.uk
