The Bringtons and Whilton Locks
This is a cycle ride that Ernie and I did during the summer of 2007.
It was a lovely day and as well as visiting Great and Little
Brington we cycled down a very steep hill reaching 30 mph ( WOW ) to
Whilton Locks. The Bringtons are just off the A428 road between
Northampton and Crick. Not far from here is Althorp House. The locks
are on the Grand Union Canal. |
