SHARNBROOK. Bedfordshire
Sharnbrook Mill is the most outstanding building in this lovely
village in north Bedfordshire. It is now converted in to a theatre
but still retains a lot of the original features including a
vertical water wheel. The village stands close to the River Ouseand
is just off the A6 trunk road between Bedford and Rushden. There are
many thatched buildings, a nice church and a couple of pubs. Plenty
of walks can be found along the Ouse valley.
