ROTHERSTHORPE & GAYTON Northamptonshire

canal boats which can be hired for a holiday, the Grand Union Canal
passes here with a junction branching off to Northampton and the
River Nene. The west coast main line railway passes through this
way. The M1 motorway also passes through. So here you have the peace
and tranquillity of rural Northamptonshire with its ancient canals
