28th January 2006 and an early group of snowdrops welcomed me
to Isham.
Situated on the A509
Wellingborough to Kettering road this village has just been granted a by-pass.
The main road is extremely busy, although when I
took my pictures it looked so quiet and serene. There is a wide
variety of buildings here and the east side of the village edges on the Ise
valley. Here you will find the remains of old mill buildings,
the Midland Railway and the Ise Brook
