Welcome to Burton Latimer. It's
January 2006. A chilly wind kept the clouds at bay as I
walked around this town and across the by-pass to view the new
wind turbines. The town seemed very busy with traffic even
though the A6 trunk road now by-passes it. Maybe this is
because there are a number of new dwellings being built in the town,
as well as new industries. The A14 east-west trunk road
passes within half a mile of Burton Latimer so this could be
an attractive area for developers. |
