THE AMERICAN CEMETERY. Cambridgeshire
THE SYWELL GANG is a group of over 60's who met at The
Columbia Hotel during a Wartime Weekend. We became firm friends and
meet regularly. Occasionally we take a trip to an interesting
location. This time it was to The American Cemetery, near
Cambridge.
Upon our return we settled down to a typical wartime dinner '
Bangers and Mash' expertly prepared by Pauline at the hotel.
Another place we visited was The Imperial War Museum at Duxford.
