BALQUHIDDER and LOCH VOIL,
SCOTLAND
Balquhidder village and
Loch Voil are a mile to the west of the A84 trunk road between
Callander and Lochearnhead. I cycled 5 miles into the
glen through some of Scotland’s most magnificent scenery.
Many tourists come here to visit Rob Roy’s Grave. Alongside
Loch Voil stands the Dhanakosa Retreat Centre. The national
cycleway No7 passes through the area.
