Together we crossed
the border into Holland a number of times. Once on a coach
trip to Amsterdam.
The nearest Dutch
town was Roermond where, for the first time, I had a bag
of chips smothered with piccalilli sauce.......I've loved it
ever since.
I also experienced Rose Montag in Dusseldorf. Wow!
What a carnival and a booze-up that was!
